An open call for participation in this popular costumed concert is posted early in autumn semester, with a deadline in early October. Audience is in-person only.

Please compile the following information to complete and submit the registration form.

1. Title/composer (exactly as you wish it to appear in the program)
2. Exact timing (please limit to 6 minutes or less)
3. Ensemble name (exactly as you wish it to appear in the program)
4. Instrumentation (for staging purposes)
5. Performer names (exactly as you wish them to appear in the program)
6. Any special staging or sound needs (exact # of chairs, stands, microphones, etc.)
7. Short description (for programming purposes)
